​Rabia Malik (she/her) is an employment lawyer and workplace investigator at Marshall Workplace Law. Before becoming a lawyer, she held progressive human resources roles and, as a Chartered HR Professional, managed complex employee and labour relations matters in large unionized and non-unionized workplaces.

She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resources from Mount Royal University and a Juris Doctor from the University of Victoria
